• In case of defective product, Gon Components will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
• The seller is responsible for the lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of 6 months from delivery.
• The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 14 days from the time of delivery.
